These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Time2Party website, features, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining an event, surfing prize pages, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Time2Party is

Time2Party is a community platform where traffic exchange owners and surfers participate in prize events. The Service includes:

• Weekly Party - a weekly prize event where members may claim prizes while surfing participating traffic exchanges.
• Time2Party Events - cooperative promotional campaigns created by traffic exchange owners.
• Referral bonuses - optional bonus rewards paid to members who refer other members.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

3. Weekly Party rules

Weekly Party typically runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (EST), unless otherwise announced. Participating traffic exchanges may display a Time2Party prize page at certain intervals chosen by the owner.

• Claims may be available multiple times when a prize page appears.
• There is a cooldown between claims within the same traffic exchange (typically 5 minutes).
• We may limit, block, or invalidate claims that appear to be automated, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise unfair.

4. Prize calculation and distribution

Prize values depend on the total prize pool and total number of valid claims. A common calculation is:

Prize per claim = Total prize pool ÷ Total valid claims

Rewards are typically calculated and distributed each Monday at 00:00 EST (Sunday 23:59), unless delayed due to maintenance, verification, payment processing, or other operational reasons.

5. Referral bonuses

Referral bonuses are extra rewards paid on top of a referred member's prizes. Referral bonuses do not reduce the referred member's rewards.

• FREE members may receive a referral bonus (for example 5%).
• PREMIUM members may receive a higher referral bonus (for example 10%).

Referral bonus percentages, eligibility, and limits may change. Abuse or manipulation of referrals may result in loss of bonuses or account action.

6. Cashouts and payments

• Minimum cashout is typically $5.00 (or equivalent), unless stated otherwise on your dashboard.
• Cashout requests may be available anytime from your dashboard.
• Payouts are typically processed twice per month.
• Payout methods may include Wise, Skrill, and Revolut, and may change over time.

You are responsible for providing correct payout details. Failed or rejected payments caused by incorrect details may be delayed, cancelled, or subject to fees charged by third parties.

7. Rules for traffic exchange owners

Owners may add and verify their traffic exchanges, purchase Weekly Party Coins (WPC), activate sites, and place the Time2Party prize page URL into their rotation.

• Site activation typically lasts until Sunday 23:59 EST of the active week.
• Owners choose the prize page frequency (commonly prime numbers like 41, 43, 47, 53, 59, 61, or 67 pages).
• Owners are responsible for ensuring their traffic exchanges comply with applicable laws and do not harm users.

8. Prohibited behavior

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or any method intended to generate unfair claims, clicks, or rewards.
• Exploit bugs, bypass cooldowns, falsify data, or interfere with the Service.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Use the Service for illegal activity, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.

9. Third-party sites and traffic exchanges

Time2Party connects to third-party traffic exchanges and websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, tracking, or actions. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. No guarantees

The Service is provided for entertainment and community participation. We do not guarantee any specific earnings, prize amounts, or availability of events. Prize amounts depend on participation, the prize pool, and valid claims.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, claims, bonuses, or payouts if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, policy violations, security risk, or legal requirement. We may also restrict access to protect the Service and its members.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service, event rules, reward calculations, payout schedules, and these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we may update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of business, arising from your use of the Service or third-party websites.

14. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to rewards or payouts you receive.
